How to cancel your reservation and check refund eligibility

Plans can change unexpectedly. TripBambika provides clear, transparent cancellation policies set by hosts to ensure peace of mind for both guests and property owners.
To cancel an active reservation, navigate to your Profile > Past trips or Reservations, select the booking you wish to cancel, and click 'Cancel reservation'. Our system will immediately calculate your refund amount based on the host's cancellation policy tier (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict).
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Service fees are refunded for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and prior to check-in.
