3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: When you book a stay, experience, or tour through TripBambika, you are entering into a direct agreement with the host. TripBambika is a platform facilitator and is not responsible for the availability, quality, or legality of listed properties or services.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts and displayed clearly at the time of booking. Please review the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.

4. Payment Terms

• Prices displayed are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless otherwise stated
• Additional taxes and fees may apply and will be shown before booking confirmation
• Payment must be made through our secure payment system
• All transactions are final unless covered by our cancellation policy

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripBambika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service
• Any other matter relating to this Service
